TSO's acknowledgement must be sought before any goods are returned for credit, please email email@example.com.
Goods received damaged, either before or on delivery, will be replaced at no extra cost if notification is received by TSO, in writing or by telephone, within five days of their receipt.
All goods lost in transit will also be replaced at no extra cost if notification is received by TSO, by telephone or writing, within 21 days of the date the original order was received by TSO or the date of publication of the goods, whichever shall be later.
Please note: all non-TSO publications purchased for commercial use are firm sales. Items will only be refunded if faulty.
In the event you wish to cancel an order that you have placed either online or offline, you may do so by contacting our eSupport Customer Service Team on +44 (0)333 202 5070. In most cases, TSO are unable to stop the dispatch of orders once orders have been confirmed.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 consumers (non-business customers) have the right to cancel and return any order placed, within seven days of receiving the goods. In the case of audio or video recordings, or computer software the goods must be returned still sealed. If the seal is broken we will be unable to cancel an order which has already been entered into our order processing system.
Changing your Online Order
Because of TSO's automated system it is not possible to cancel or amend a card order once you have placed the order online. However, if the item is temporarily out of stock we will be able to delete your order if necessary.
